Lake, Canmore and Family!

On Friday Hunter, Kobi and I went up to my friends cabin for the day on Gull Lake. It was kind of a overcast day so it was super relaxing just to enjoy the indoors. Hunter got to spend lots of quality time with his aunties Nicole and Kayla and lots of love from a good friend Jacinda! We went for a walk, time flew by we has no idea we were gone as long as we were! It was great!

Then, on Saturday Kelly had the day off so we went to Canmore for the day! It started out beautifully! We went to Grassi Lakes for a little hike but about half way up we had to turn around because it started pouring from out of no where.:( But, we made the most of it and went to a local pub "The Wood." 

They had amazing food and a good beer!  Both Kelly and I had the salmon burger,so  good!! It stopped raining by the time we got there (of course, that's always what happens) so we sat out on the patio which has a spectacular view of the mountains. :)

On Sunday, we met up with Kelly's parents to have some lunch and they had our nephew Beckett with them. Beckett loves his Papa and Hunter so we got a great shot of the three of them. It was super cute! After lunch we went back to Kelly's parents house and hung out. Alex (Kelly's dad) had a kite so he got that out and Beckett and him flew it for a little while. It hit a tree and Kelly went to the rescue to get it out! Over all this weekend was great! Had good company and good food! What more can you ask for!
